My Career Path

My professional journey started with an apprenticeship as a hotel management specialist, which gave me a deep understanding of customer service and organization and ignited my passion for working with people.

For four years, I had the exciting task of building and leading the Sales Administration department at Courtyard by Marriott. In addition to selling rooms and event spaces, during this time, I learned how to lead a team successfully, as well as everything about sales and marketing.

My path then led me to Sixt Rent a Car, where I took on the role of Branch Manager, responsible for the entire operational workflow and the branch’s financial success. I was particularly passionate about developing my teams and achieving ambitious results while consistently aiming to delight our customers and establish lasting partnerships with corporate clients.

Next, I ventured into the world of innovation and technology. I managed various projects as a senior coordinator for a company supporting high-tech startups. I accompanied the development of pioneering software solutions, worked with visionary founders and investors, and experienced the dynamics of the tech industry firsthand.

Finally, in my role as Office Manager at a prestigious HR and management consulting firm, I further honed my organizational skills, actively supporting the consulting team to find the best solutions for our clients.

Building on a part-time master’s degree in psychology and certification as a coach, I laid the foundation for my next career step.

Since 2018, I have been working as a coach, trainer, and consultant in my own business. I support executives and teams in identifying their strengths and leveraging them effectively in their professional lives.

It´s deeply fulfilling to support others on their path to tremendous success and satisfaction—a rewarding culmination of my professional journey.
