Welcome Meeting
In a one-hour meeting, we take a first look at your current situation and discover what you want to achieve.3
First Coaching Session
You schedule the first coaching session. The session will be conducted online via video conference (Zoom), by telephone, or by e-mail. You can take advantage of coaching from the comfort of your home, your place of work, or on the go. Whatever fits your schedule.4
Delivering The Coaching Program
You schedule your coaching sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Between the meetings, you will have access to a coaching platform to communicate securely and data-protected. Upon agreement, you will also receive short exercises and recommendations that support the whole process.

Transformation
You gradually implement your learnings in everyday life, and we notice what works and what doesn't.6
Feedback-Session
Three months after the end of the coaching program, we will meet again to review your progress. You will report on your successes, and we will discuss what is beneficial to anchor your changes in everyday life permanently.
